Invoicing Policy / Contracts / Insurance Organizations

In order to ensure the greatest possible accessibility to its services, the privately owned Iasis Hospital has singed cooperation contracts with all public insurance organizations. Thus, persons insured with public insurance funds can visit the Hospital’s Treatment Departments, Outpatient Clinics and Laboratories using their health-care booklet issued by the public insurance fund (please find below the relevant information tables on contracts with insurance organizations).

Patient Admission and Discharge

The “Traffic Desk” (ground floor – tel. 28210-70800) provides all types of information concerning the admission and discharge of patients in any of the Clinic's departments.

Visiting Hours

Patients’ relatives and friends may visit daily from 10:00 to 13:00 in the afternoon and 18:00 to 21:00 in the evening. Visitors are required to observe visiting hours, accept any suggestions made by the staff during visiting hours, respect the area, order and patient tranquility. When doctors and nurses make their rounds, visitors are asked to leave the rooms, refrain from crowding the halls and remain in the waiting room.
